Any agreement for setting up of a company is valid till registration of the company or termination of same due to any reasons. The client may terminate the agreement by providing prior written notice of such termination.
A termination fee shall be payable by the client to Global Incorporations upon the Services no longer being required whether this be due to liquidation of a company or trust, disposal of a company and transfer of the management of a company or trust or otherwise. This termination fee will be charged additionally to any fees payable for documentary work, time spent in effecting such termination and disbursements payable or paid to authorities and government agencies or third parties.
Global Incorporations shall grant full refund of the fees (except courier charges) only in following condition.
- Refund request is made by the client within a week from the date of payment made by client and provided that no work has been initiated by us and no payments/disbursements have been made by us for the said assignment/order and after adjusting any old dues/outstanding to us on account of old orders/services/assignments.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
